I have been practicing law as a Sole Proprietor in New York since 1990. When I was first admitted as an attorney, my areas of practice enthusiastically covered the gamut from Admiralty Law to Contract Commercial Litigation, along with Personal Injury, Real Estate, Criminal and Traffic Ticket Defense. However, throughout the years, I began to gravitate towards that kind of work which gave me the most satisfaction, eliminated those areas I did not enjoy as much, such as commercial litigation. Unique to my law practice, from 1996 through 2000, I served as the Mount Kisco Town Prosecutor. In that role I prosecuted traffic offenses issued from several law enforcement agencies, including Mount Kisco Police, Westchester County Police, DEP and MTA, as well as, New York State and Local Law Building Code violations. I also filled-in as prosecutor for traffic prosecutions in nearby Pleasantville. In that role I had the privilege of working closely with all those extraordinary law enforcement officers in the investigations, formation, and ensuing prosecution of thousands of cases. The professional lessons I learned as Prosecutor were invaluable to adding an immense depth and breadth of practical knowledge and courtroom perspective to my criminal and traffic ticket defense practice.
